Romantic Inclinations

Is the whole damn world in love with me, or what?

I find out that yet another girl from work has a crush on me...

I don't get it.

That, and I'm tired and grumpy and have to work tonight. Grah.

Hmph. I don't think anyone's ever had a crush on me. Not that I've found out about, at least.

Some people just seem to be constantly fighting off admirers.

Ever tried going a week without washing, Em? That oughta make them think twice. ;)

I'm not -trying- to be all 'I'm the best and everyone loves me!' I just seem to be a likely candidate for mostly "straight" girls to have a crush on.

*shrugs* Not my fault if I'm likeable. *g*

I'm sure people have had a crush on you, Sky! How could they not? You're perfectly crushable.

Why thank you, Emsie. :) Perhaps you're right, and they have, but I have never been privy to the knowledge of such a thing. I was never in the 'right' group at school to be the object of acknowledged crushes, and nowadays people are more subtle... at least more so than during schooldays.

I dunno. There's a cute guy in the aquarium shop who always seems pleased to see me... does that count?
